He Is Coming!
He Is Coming! is about a dream that was given to a man about the author's father that turned out to be entirely true and which points to the end times that we are now living in. Riveting!

He Is Coming!

One day, a man had a dream. This man didn’t understand the meaning of the dream, because it contained information about my mother, my father, and myself that he knew nothing about. Therefore, he simply wrote the dream down and kept it on his tablet. In the dream, there was also some other information that did not relate to my mother, my father, or myself at all. And this other information was actually quite spectacular and will be covered later. This man’s name was Prince, and he is a friend I had known from church for about two years. Prince had never met my father or my mother, neither had we ever spoken about them.

The day Prince had this dream was June 1, 2016. Four days later, on June 5, 2016, we both attended the same event which happened after church, which was a church-sponsored lunch. When at first we met at that lunch, he didn’t tell me that he had had that dream. He would tell me a bit later. But first, I would tell him a story. He did not ask me to share this. I simply shared it. Little did I realize the story I would be telling him was part of his dream! For he had seen it already, before I spoke. I said,

“Many years ago, when my son was about 12 years old, I thought I could feel some type of evil presence in the house, like an evil spirit, and this happened when I had gotten into an argument with my son. Because of this, I decided to pray over each room of the house, anointing each room with a little bit of oil as I did, starting with the dining room. After I had prayed over the dining room, I then began to walk towards the living room. My father’s picture was hanging on the wall in the dining room, and I had to walk past it to get to the living room. As I began to walk past my father’s picture, something rather dramatic happened. Not in any audible type of way, but deep within my heart, I felt like God was telling me to pray over my father’s picture. So I stopped and began to pray over the picture. I prayed, “Thank you for my father. For he was the right father for me.” At that time, my father had already been dead for about 5 years. This was not an easy prayer, because I had some emotional wounds in my heart. But the prayer was a healing prayer for me, and I was able to experience healing in my heart when I prayed that prayer of thanksgiving. Suddenly, I no longer felt the evil presence in the house. So I apologized to my son, for now I realized that the conflict I had been experiencing with him had been due to issues that were in my own heart.”

As I shared this story with Prince, he then responded by saying, “Tell me about your father.” Then he added, “Do you know why I am asking you about your father?”

I said, “No.”

He said, “Because a few days ago, I had a dream about your father.”

I was interested in what he had to say, for I did not expect that Prince would have had a dream about my father. So this really surprised me, and I even got my phone out and recorded our conversation, because I wanted to hear what Prince had to say. I was then very surprised when he told me that he had written the dream down, and had it there with him on his tablet. He then immediately sent it to me by email. I read the dream, and was amazed to discover that the first part of it was about what I had just shared with him! How could this be? I carefully read the dream over, and noticed that it also contained information about my father and my mother that Prince could not have known in advance. What else was in the dream? And what was the point of it? This dream was awesome in every respect. This dream pointed to future events that were actually in the Bible. When I read it over carefully, I realized it pointed to many end-time events that are predicted and prophesied.

The Dream

The first line of the dream was:

In this dream, Dan (and my last name was there as well) ushers us into a room and was showing us a picture of his father.

This was amazing to read, because I had just told him about this. How could he have known? There was no way he could have known unless this information had been revealed to him by a higher power. It is true that some higher powers (namely angels and demons) might know your birth date or the name of your family members. But who knows the future except God? In the Bible, God says, “I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done” (see Isaiah 46:10). Prince had recorded in his dream four days in advance what I would be talking to him about at that very hour. He didn’t know it. I didn’t know it, either. Neither of us knew it. But God knew it. So right away, we see evidence of God’s hand in the dream.

I wanted to know what else was in the dream!

Not Saved

The second line of the dream showed my father’s belief system prior to trusting in Jesus. This is a “snapshot” from the past, which Prince also had no way of knowing, since we had never spoken about my father.

The second line reads as follows:

Saying he was not saved that he was practicing a type of Hybrid Christianity mostly from the woman he had married.

In this second line, God was revealing my father’s belief system to Prince prior to my father trusting in Jesus. For eventually, my father did trust in him. But prior to that, it says “he was not saved,” which is a reference to a person’s spiritual condition before trusting in Jesus. The term “not saved” means “not a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ.” It is termed as being “not saved” because when a person becomes a follower of Jesus, he is then saved from the penalty of sin. The Bible talks about the penalty or “wages” of sin as being death (meaning, eternal death). It says:

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

Therefore, when a person does not follow Jesus, what is owed to them (their “wages”) is death. That is why people die (both physically and spiritually), due to how sin works. For before sin existed, the Bible says, there was no death (see Romans 5:12). But when our first parents (Adam and Eve) sinned, death came into the world. God promised it would happen if they disobeyed, and they did disobey. Forevermore, the world has been dealing with the consequences of sin. In short, sin brings death. However, God offers us eternal life by trusting in Jesus. Jesus paid our debt for sin on the cross. And he says that whoever believes in him he will raise up on the last day (see John 6:40). We also read about the resurrection of the righteous, in which all believers will eventually be given new physical bodies (see Revelation 20:4-6). This is the “good news”. Thus, this part of the dream is referring to my father’s spiritual condition, being “not saved,” before he became a believer. For shortly before my father’s death, he did, in fact, become a believer.

Hybrid Christianity

My father’s version of Christianity when he was not saved is called Hybrid Christianity in the dream. What could this refer to? Even as a hybrid plant is the result of cross pollinating two different plant varieties, or a hybrid car is one that uses two different types of fuel (for example, gas and electricity), Hybrid Christianity is the result of mixing two different belief systems. In short, the problem with Hybrid Christianity is that it adds to the Bible. In the book of Proverbs, God says,

“Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar.” (Proverbs 30:5-6)

Also, in the book of Revelation, it says,

“I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if anyone adds to them, may God add to him the plagues which are written in this book.” (Revelation 22:18)

Therefore, what God was referring to in this part of the dream was the fact that before my father became a genuine believer, he practiced a form of Christianity that was distorted by other belief systems. The church my father attended denied the authority and infallibility of the Scriptures, and added to them words from men that were in contradiction to the Scriptures. As such, it was impure.

The Bible says that the teachings of the Bible are pure and flawless (see Psalm 12:6). To then add to God’s word is to pollute it. It is like throwing mud on a perfectly clean white shirt. Or, in another sense, you could say it is like adding a drop of poison to a glass of pure water. Supposing you had an omelet made of one good egg and one bad egg. Would you eat that omelet? In the same way, Hybrid Christianity is like a tainted omelet.

My father attended this church which denied the words of God and taught rules of men. But then, there is a strange twist in the dream. In Prince’s dream, it says that “he was practicing a type of Hybrid Christianity mostly from the woman he had married.” That is because when we were younger, it was primarily my mother who was interested in taking us to church. My father sometimes wanted us to stay home and do work around the house. My mother was the faithful one in this regard and the major promoter of this church. Yet the church practiced Hybrid Christianity, which added to God’s word. Thus, that is why it says in the dream, “Saying he was not saved that he was practicing a type of Hybrid Christianity mostly from the woman he had married.”

Notice how it says that it came “mostly from the woman he had married.” Why not simply say “his wife”? That’s because early on when he attended that church, she was indeed his wife. But later, she divorced him, but my father continued to attend that church for about another 15 years. She was not his wife during that time, therefore it is stated in the dream that it came “mostly from the woman he had married.” All of these things which were very accurate in the dream — the words I spoke, my father’s belief system, it being mostly from my mother and yet my mother being called the “woman he had married” and not “his wife” — all attest to the fact that this dream must have come from God. For Prince knew nothing about any of this.

The Rescue Mission

The third line of the dream was:

We were given a mission to rescue him it seemed in the dream.

This part of the dream represents a type and is no longer about my father and my mother. In the end, it will become apparent that this dream is actually about the salvation of the lost, being a rescue mission. Clearly we see that my father cannot represent my actual father in this part of the dream. That’s because my father was already saved prior to Prince having this dream. That means that my father had already made a genuine profession of faith. I knew about this already. Furthermore, he was with the Lord (in heaven), and no one can get saved after they have died (see Luke 16:19-31 and Hebrews 9:27). That is why the Bible says to trust in Jesus today while we can, and not to put it off (see Psalm 32:6 and 2 Corinthians 6:1-2). I have also written a detailed account of how my father got saved, and how the Lord showed me the circumstances by which he would become a believer, about 15 years in advance, in an article called 73 Years of Wisdom. Why then in the dream does it say, “We were given a mission to rescue him”?

Prince is a Christian, and Christians have been commanded by God to take the message of God’s salvation to the lost. In this sense they have been given a mission to rescue lost souls. For Jesus said to his disciples,

“Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you.” (See Matthew 28:18-20)

Therefore, in this part of the dream, my father is a stand-in for anyone who still needs to be saved (that is, rescued from the penalty of sin). And Prince himself is a type of believer — he represents all believers who have been commanded to take the message of the gospel to the lost. Thus, this part of the dream is very evangelistic. It is a reminder for those who truly believe that we have a responsibility to take the message of God’s salvation to the lost.

Evangelism is sharing the good news of Jesus. Believers everywhere are commanded to take the good news to everyone they can, for God wants to invite everyone to be part of his kingdom. Jesus put it this way in a parable:

“Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” (See Luke 14:23)

The mission is, therefore, to tell people everywhere about Jesus. That is why, in Prince’s dream, it says, “We were given a mission to rescue him.” This mission is the “Great Commission” of Matthew 28:18-20 (quoted above).

This dream is like an urgent appeal, because watch what happens next. The next scene involves the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of our earthly bodies into immortal ones. Please do not miss it!

The Sci-fi Craft: Our Glorified Bodies

The dream continues:

In the dream we noticed a craft come land in the city. It was such a craft as you would notice in a sci-fi movie.

This part of the dream is about something that is “out of this world.” What could it be? It is pictured as being like “a craft as you would notice in a sci-fi movie.” In popular science-fiction movies, space crafts can do out-of-this-world things. This is like the glorified body in the Bible, which is out of this world, being supernatural. For example, it can pass through walls (see John 20:26). Even as the spacecraft clothed my father in the dream, the believer’s glorified body will clothe the believer at the resurrection of the righteous. For in the Bible, the human body is likened to a tent in which we are clothed. One day, if you trust in Christ, our mortal bodies will be transformed into immortal ones. A mortal body is one that can die. But an immortal one is one that can never die.

“For indeed we who are in this tent do groan, being burdened, not that we desire to be unclothed, but that we desire to be clothed, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.” (2 Corinthians 5:4)

One day, the Bible says, heaven will be emptied and Jesus will return to this earth. Jesus says that those who have trusted in him, and who are currently in the graves (though they are not in the graves, only their bodies are, but their souls and their spirits are in heaven), will one day rise from the dead (see John 5:28-29). This expression, “rise from the dead,” means they will be given a new body. A glorified (immortal) body is a supernatural, indestructible body that will never die or get sick (see 1 Corinthians 15:50-57). It is really the most amazing body. It will last forever with no danger of sickness, disease, or death. Thus, for good reason the glorified body in this dream was pictured as being something out of this world. For it is something that everyone would want, if they really understood it.

The Crowd

The dream continues:

There was a crowd of people around the craft. People were wondering if they were enemies or friends.

People are now watching this spacecraft (symbolic of the glorified body). What could this event refer to in real life? This event refers to the resurrection from the dead, which will be witnessed by people everywhere. For Jesus said,

“... the hour comes, in which all that are in the tombs will hear his voice, and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.” (John 5:28-29)

There will be a resurrection. According to this passage, people will come out of tombs. Obviously, not all will come out of tombs, because not all were buried in tombs. But all who have trusted in Jesus shall indeed be given glorified bodies. Yet when Jesus rose from the dead, we read,

“The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection, they entered into the holy city and appeared to many.” (Matthew 27:52-53)

This is a precursor to the real resurrection, in which believers will receive glorified bodies. These people who rose from the dead in the above passage died again, for they were not in glorified bodies (see Hebrews 11:35). But when the real resurrection occurs, believers will receive glorified bodies. The first time (in Matthew 27:52-53) was a dry run (so to speak). The next time it will be the real deal. Are you ready for it? And will you be among those who receive a glorified body at the coming resurrection of the righteous? Even those who are still alive and who know Christ as their Savior will receive glorified bodies. For the Bible says their bodies will be transformed (see John 11:25-26, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, and 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17).

A New Zeal for Life

The dream continues:

Dan’s father the object of our mission emerged from the craft waving at us. We noticed a big smile on his face. It was apparent he has had an experience. This experience had changed him exponentially and given him a new zeal for life and a purpose.

This part of the dream reveals the fact that my father actually did come to trust in Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. This is yet more information which Prince did not know, for I never spoke to him about my father.

What does it mean in this part of the dream for my father to “emerge from the craft waiving at us”? Because my father is a type of saved person here, this part of the dream is not limited to my father, but to all who have trusted in Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. At the time known as the resurrection of the righteous, these will return from heaven and come back to the earth (see Revelation 20:4-6). Thus, they will “emerge from the craft” in the sense that they will come back to the earth.

Furthermore, it says, “We noticed a big smile on his face.” My father has a big smile on his face because he is a representative of all believers who will one day receive their glorified bodies. This is definitely something to rejoice at! For this means the end of sickness, disease, and death. For the Bible says,

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more.” (See Revelation 21:4)

Finally, in this part of the dream it says, “This experience had changed him exponentially and given him a new zeal for life and a purpose.” If you trust in Jesus, you have great things to look forward to for all eternity. This is certainly a great reason to have a big smile on your face and to have a new zeal for life and a purpose!

Negative Criticism

The next part of the dream was:

While we were trying to get a grasp of what was happening with him, the new ship and peoples criticism some saying it was bad.

Here we see the critics — those who do not believe in Jesus. At the time of the resurrection, unbelievers will not be resurrected. What will they say? They may invent all sorts of reasons as to why people should still not believe. We also see “the new ship” in this part of the dream. The new ship is the new (glorified) body which all believers (both those from heaven and those on the earth) will have received. Even as a space ship can pass through the air, in the Bible we see believers passing through the air on white horses as they follow Jesus at the Battle of Armageddon (see Revelation 19:11-14). All believers in this passage are called “the armies which are in heaven”. Thus, this new ship is God’s end-time army that fights at the Battle of Armageddon.

The War Vessel

The next part of the dream reads as follows:

We had a buzz in the atmosphere. And we noticed another war vessel. It appeared to be threatening the lives of all.

This war vessel which is threatening the lives of all is Satan’s end-time army.

They worshiped the dragon, because he gave his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” (Revelation 13:4)

Notice the statement, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” This points to a multinational end-time army. In the days before Jesus returns, a world and/or political system will arise and cause great trouble on the earth. This is a system of (human) armies that will ultimately be controlled by one man (the Antichrist), who is a world leader, who is under the influence of Satan. However, Jesus will defeat this man and his armies. He will do this through the armies which are in heaven (see Revelation 19:11-14). That’s you and I, if you are a believer. And there will be no danger to believers whatsoever, because they will be fighting in glorified bodies. This army, being led by Jesus, cannot be defeated, because Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords (see Revelation 17:14).

Satan’s ultimate goal in bringing about this beast system is to try and prevent Jesus from ruling and reigning in Jerusalem — because it means his own demise. For when Jesus returns, he will judge Satan and his demons. Thus, in this dream, the “other war vessel” which is “threatening the lives of all” is symbolic of great persecution which will arise on the earth during the last days. This persecution will be against God’s people, who are positioned to eventually rule and reign with Christ (see Revelation 20:4-6). Difficult times will come, such that Jesus says,

“Unless those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved. But for the sake of the chosen ones, those days will be shortened.” (Revelation 24:22)

One possible interpretation of this statement is that there will be nuclear war on the earth to such an extent that it threatens the entire planet. Jesus will intervene before the planet can be destroyed.

Victory

The last part of Princes’s dream is the following:

In the panic and confusion, Dan’s father and his crew disappeared into their ship and with such swiftness, flew into the air and attacking the menacing craft blowing it out of the sky, to the incredible applause of those that looked on. And there was a sudden gratefulness by all that looked on.

We are now at the end of the dream, which is a biblical representation of what is actually going to occur in real life. The victory we see is the victory that God obtains through Jesus Christ, as he leads the armies of God (that is you and I, if you are a believer) against Satan’s forces at the Battle of Armageddon (see Revelation 19:11-14). Jesus himself will have intervened at the right time in order to prevent all flesh from being destroyed (see Matthew 24:22). This will truly be an amazing time, and it is one that has been prophesied in Scripture for thousands of years.

In closing, where are you in your faith? Have you come to believe in Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior? Do you trust him with your whole heart? He is coming back just as he said. And his reward is with him.

“Behold, I come quickly. My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work.” (Revelation 22:12)
